Scope and duration

For one year from delivery, we guarantee that the tuning blade disc including mount and brass threaded inserts will not break and that no threaded insert will come loose under normal use (durability guarantee).

What we do in a guarantee case

We replace the affected disc free of charge with an equivalent new disc, including shipping.

Exclusions

• Blades and screws (wear parts)
• Damage caused by stones, roots or other foreign objects and by accidents
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or modifications to the disc
• Normal wear and tear

How to make a claim

Within the guarantee period, send us an email to info@solutionprint.de with your order number, a short description and a photo of the damage. Making a claim under the guarantee is free of charge.

Territorial scope

The guarantee applies to tuning blade discs bought via our online shop and delivered to an address in the European Union.

Your statutory rights

The guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights regarding defects against us as the seller. These statutory rights, in particular subsequent performance, withdrawal, price reduction and damages, are free of charge and are not restricted by the guarantee.
